Summary.  Every psychotherapy is proposed like an opportunity of care for a subjects asking to share with a therapist a parenthesis of their actual existence. Inside this connection the specter of a tragic end, represented by the possible death of one of the participants , is always present especially when the possibility of the suicide may be imminent.
