Summary. As we know, Individual Psychology is essential for any psychological phenomenon understanding. We intend here to evaluate the possibility for an Individual-Psychology-oriented psychiatrist to help the neurotic patient with phobic situations problems and panic attacks. Beyond a specific pharmacologist therapy, the therapist contributes to the disclosure of fiction with psychotherapy, stating an inferiority feeling hidden behind the fiction; this constant inferiority and precarious state determines a steady reduction of life spaces. An agoraphobia case treated with integral approach is presented.
